Good questions. Clear answers.
Glad you asked.
About the product, independent cleaners and preparation for launch. Without the small print or the big promises.
What is Clearze?
Clearze is a platform being prepared to help people organise home-cleaning requests and connect with independent cleaners. The app brings home details, offers, conversations and order updates together.
How does Clearze work?
Clients describe their home and cleaning needs, then review available offers. Eligible independent cleaners can explore suitable requests and submit an offer. Confirmation is a separate step; an offer alone does not assign a cleaner.
Is Clearze a cleaning company?
Clearze is designed as a platform for clients and independent cleaners, not as an employer of a cleaning team. The final operating and legal model is still being reviewed before commercial launch.
How can I find a cleaner?
Explore the client guide and product preview here. Commercial bookings are not open yet. Once launch is approved, the app will provide the entry point for creating a request.
How can I join as a cleaner?
Read the cleaner guide to understand the profile, availability and review steps. Participation will depend on the applicable eligibility checks and the confirmed launch conditions; the website does not grant permission to work.
Where is Clearze available?
The initial focus is Limassol, Cyprus. Public commercial availability has not been announced. Coverage and eligible areas will be confirmed before launch.
How can I contact support?
For product or account help, email [email protected]. For general enquiries or partnerships, email [email protected]. Please do not send passwords, one-time codes or identity documents by email.
Can I make a payment now?
No. Payments remain in mock mode during preparation. A product screenshot or example amount does not represent an active paid service.
Do cleaners choose their availability?
The product includes cleaner availability, working days, service preferences and profile settings. Suitable requests depend on the relevant eligibility and scheduling checks.
Is a job guaranteed for an independent cleaner?
No. Clearze does not promise a number of jobs, income or automatic acceptance. Offers depend on suitable requests, client choices and the applicable launch and eligibility conditions.
Does Clearze work in Telegram?
The product includes a Telegram Mini App integration and optional notifications. Public Telegram entry points will be confirmed at launch; this preview does not send messages or connect a Telegram account.
Where can I read the legal documents?
Visit the legal status page for the current pre-launch position. Final public terms and privacy documents are awaiting approval; drafts are not presented here as binding terms.
